SHIPPING POLICY
- Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times vary by destination country. Standard international shipping generally takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout where applicable.
- Shipping Rates Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Important — Additional Shipping Surcharge (Remote / Area 4 Zones): Certain regions are classified as remote delivery zones (Area 4), where carriers apply a surcharge due to geographic distance or limited logistics coverage. The following countries/regions may be subject to additional shipping fees:
- Brazil, Chile, and other remote regions in South America
- Select destinations in Africa, the Middle East, and Oceania
If your order falls within an Area 4 zone, you will be notified of any surcharge before your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to request additional shipping payment or cancel and refund the order if the surcharge cannot be accommodated.
- Shipping Delays While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the following circumstances may cause delays beyond our control:
- International conflicts or political instability in destination regions
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or public health emergencies
- Customs clearance procedures and local postal backlogs
- National holidays in the destination country
We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to provide tracking updates in such situations.
- Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
- Customs, Import Duties & Clearance All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
Customs Clearance Failure — Buyer's Responsibility: We are not liable for any delays, returns, or losses resulting from customs clearance failure caused by the following:
- Failure to pay applicable customs duties or import taxes
- Incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched recipient information (including name, address, or personal customs clearance codes where required — e.g., 개인통관고유부호 in South Korea)
- Refusal of delivery by the recipient
In such cases, the shipment may be held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities. We do not offer refunds for orders lost or destroyed due to buyer-side customs issues.
If a package is returned to us due to the above reasons, a refund of the product value only will be issued after deduction of both outbound and return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Failed Delivery & Address Errors Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returned Packages Due to Address Error: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for both the original outbound and return shipping costs. A refund will only be issued for the product value after both shipping costs have been deducted.
Misdelivered Packages Due to Address Error: If a package is delivered to the wrong address as a direct result of incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout, we are unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund. As this situation is beyond our control once the order has been dispatched, the customer will need to place a new order. We strongly recommend double-checking all address details before completing your purchase.
