Return and Refund Policy
1. eligibility for return
(1) Invalid receipt of goods
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the order number and the photo of the item you received. We will exchange or return it to you with the right item at no additional shipping cost.
(2) Unclaimed/Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to unclaimed or non-shipment conditions, we will deduct both outbound and return shipping costs and refund only for your product value. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please contact us via email before sending the return. Unauthorized returns (sent without prior confirmation) may not be accepted or processed.
2. non-returnable item
(1) Returns or refunds due to a simple change of mind or size change are not possible.
(2) Items that have been opened, in use, or with signs of wear and tear are strictly non-returnable. There is no partial refund in any case for items opened or in use.
(3) Depending on the individual's size measurement, there may be a 1–3 cm error. As it is not a matter of quality, it is not recognized as a reason for return or refund.
(4) packaging conditions
Minor appearance damage to the outer packaging (e.g., dents, wrinkles, or scratches on the shipping box) does not constitute a defect in the product itself and is not recognized as a valid reason for a return or refund.
3. a refund procedure
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will contact you to arrange a refund for the value of the product. It will take five to seven business days for the refund to be processed.
4. Cancellation of Order
A 5% processing fee will be charged to cover the payment transaction fee for cancellation after purchase (which will also apply if you receive a full refund via PayPal).
5. Notes
(1) Please note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
(2)If the package cannot be delivered due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the redelivery fee is the customer's responsibility.
